Intercontinental Hotel

Intercontinental Hotel

While obviously a contemporary hotel, this property takes a number of design cues from the Peranakan period of Chinese shophouse architecture. The overall effect is one of a comfortable urban environment. The hotel includes a variety of restaurants and bars, an outdoor pool and meeting and business services.
Dining options at the InterContinental Hotel Singapore include Olive Tree, which provides light healthy Mediterranean lunches and seafood buffets during Friday and Saturday night dinner hours. Man Fu Yuan is a shophouse-style restaurant specializing in Cantonese cuisine, including fish, pork and dim sum. K? serves Japanese cuisine such as dashi, sushi, sashimi, tempura and shabu-shabu. Aroma offers pastries, breads, coffees and light lunches. The Lounge provides live music.
